The website presents the activities, services, qualifications, equipment, completed works and contact details of M.G.T. S.r.l. Its content is provided exclusively for informational and promotional purposes.
Descriptions of works, special foundations, drilling, piles, diaphragm walls, micropiles, ground anchors, jet grouting, machinery and construction sites do not constitute engineering design, geological, geotechnical or structural consultancy, operating instructions, safety guidance, a public offer or a promise of results. Every project requires technical assessments, site inspections, design work and specific agreements.
3. Contact requests and formation of contracts
Submitting the contact form or sending an email does not automatically result in the conclusion of a contract, acceptance of an assignment, reservation of equipment or personnel, or the issue of a binding quotation.
A contractual relationship is established only when the parties reach an agreement in the required form and M.G.T. S.r.l. expressly communicates its acceptance. Prices, timeframes, availability, specifications and operating conditions must be confirmed in writing.

If the user is a consumer, jurisdiction remains with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, and all mandatory rights granted under applicable law remain unaffected.
