Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on www.groupmarconetrivellazioni.it, operated by M.G.T. S.r.l.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by users send to their devices, where they are stored and sent back to the same websites on a subsequent visit or used to enable certain functions. Technologies such as local storage and session storage allow information to be stored in the browser for similar purposes.
Cookies may be:
- technical cookies, when they are necessary for the operation and security of the website, the transmission of communications or the storage of the user’s choices;
- preference cookies, when they remember settings or enable functions requested by the user;
- statistical cookies, when they are used to measure visits and how the website is used;
- profiling or marketing cookies, when they are used to analyse interests and behaviour for advertising purposes.
Based on the findings available on the date of this update, the website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or profiling advertising tools.
2. Who manages the cookies
The website operator and Data Controller is M.G.T. S.r.l., with registered office at C.da Santa Domenica, 85054 Muro Lucano (PZ), Italy, Italian tax code and VAT number 01828330769.

3. First-party technical cookies and storage
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Joomla session cookie with a variable alphanumeric name | M.G.T. S.r.l. | Maintains the technical session, enables the website to operate correctly and contributes to browsing security. | Browsing session | Strictly necessary technical cookie |
yootheme_consent |
M.G.T. S.r.l. / YOOtheme | Stores the preferences expressed in the consent panel so that the banner does not have to be shown again on every page. | 30 days | Strictly necessary technical cookie |
Strictly necessary technical cookies are set without consent because they are essential to provide the website or store a choice requested by the user.
4. ShinyStat
The website uses ShinyStat to obtain statistics about visits. ShinyStat may use cookies or, where available, local storage and session storage. The identifiers depend on the service code configured on the website.
| Name or pattern | Purpose | Duration | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
SN_SS-44208599-733aa |
Measures visit frequency and returning visitors by means of an anonymised statistical identifier. | Up to 6 months | Statistical |
SV_SS-44208599-733aa |
Records the time reference for the current visit. | Session | Statistical |
SSID_SS-44208599-733aa |
Distinguishes the browsing session in anonymised form. | Session | Statistical |
OPTOUT, if set through the ShinyStat service |
Stores the user’s choice not to participate in statistical measurement. | Persistent, according to the provider’s settings | Technical preference cookie |
ShinyStat states that it anonymises sessions and IP addresses in real time, does not store the full IP address and does not combine the data with other information in order to identify the user. The service may nevertheless receive technical data such as the page visited, referral source, date and time, browser, device, screen resolution and approximate geographical area.
The statistical service must be enabled only after the user has given consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time through the Cookie Preferences panel. A dedicated ShinyStat opt-out is also available. For further details, please refer to the provider’s Privacy Notice.
5. Google Maps
The “Where We Are” and “Completed Works” pages include interactive Google Maps. The map code is configured to remain blocked until the user enables the “Google Maps” service in the preferences category.
Once enabled, Google may store or read cookies and other technologies on its own domains. Their names and duration may vary depending on the browser, whether the user is signed in to a Google account, the geographical area and choices previously made within Google services. These technologies may be used for security, functionality, preference storage, measurement and abuse prevention.
Refusal does not prevent access to the other pages of the website; a notice remains displayed in place of the map. For further information, please refer to the Google Cookie Policy, the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service.
6. Google Fonts and other remote resources
The contact form page may request the Open Sans font from Google Fonts servers. This request is not described as a website cookie, but it is a third-party technology that may disclose the IP address, the address of the requested page and technical browser data to Google. M.G.T. S.r.l. does not use the service for advertising purposes.
For further information, please refer to the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Legal basis
Technical cookies are used to provide the requested service, ensure security and store the user’s preferences, pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Statistical technologies and third-party maps are enabled on the basis of consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003. Consent is optional, may be refused as easily as it is given and may be withdrawn at any time.
8. How to change or withdraw preferences
Users may select “Accept All”, “Reject All” or customise the categories in the banner. They may subsequently reopen the panel by selecting Cookie Preferences, available in the website footer.
Deleting the yootheme_consent cookie causes the website to request the user’s choice again. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
9. Browser controls
Users may also delete or block cookies and website data through their browser settings. Blocking all technical cookies may impair the correct operation of some pages. Instructions are available on the support pages of the browser being used.
10. Personal data, recipients and transfers
For information on the categories of data processed, recipients, any transfers to countries outside the European Economic Area and data subject rights, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
11. Updates
This Cookie Policy is updated whenever the services used, the technologies installed or the applicable legislation changes. The current version is the one published on this page, together with the date on which it was last updated.
